1. Order Cancellation Policy
Standard unprinted stock orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our sales team at +91 98120 45771. Once a shipment has been handed over to the transport agency, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Custom Printed & Made-to-Order Products
Custom printed bags, specialized micron gauges, or custom size orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once raw material processing, printing cylinder engraving, or film extrusion has commenced.
3. Defective Product Claims
In the rare event of verified manufacturing defects (such as seam seal failure or dimensional deviation exceeding agreed tolerances), claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with sample photographs and batch details. Verified defective lots will be replaced or credited per mutual commercial agreement.
