1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, submitting quotation requests, or placing commercial orders with Ninganiya India Pvt. Ltd., you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Commercial Quotations & Orders
All product prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs), delivery estimates, and custom manufacturing terms displayed or discussed on this website represent non-binding estimates until confirmed in a formal written commercial proforma invoice issued by Ninganiya India Pvt. Ltd.
3. Custom Manufacturing & Artwork Approval
For customized printed or sized packaging bags, production commences only after client approval of digital artwork layouts, dimension specifications, micron gauge tolerances, and receipt of agreed advance payments.
4. Material Degradation & Storage
Biodegradable and compostable products must be stored in cool, dry, shaded conditions away from direct sunlight and moisture. Storage conditions significantly impact shelf-life and degradation kinetics.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All commercial transactions, enquiries, and legal disputes arising from website use or business agreements with Ninganiya India Pvt. Ltd. shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alwar, Rajasthan.
