1. Production & Dispatch Timelines
Standard unprinted stock orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 3 to 7 working days from order confirmation and payment clearance. Custom printed or customized micron orders require 10 to 20 working days depending on cylinder development, printing schedules, and order volume.
2. Freight & Transportation
Orders are dispatched from our factory facility in Alwar, Rajasthan via authorized third-party transport agencies, logistics partners, or dedicated freight trucks based on order quantity and destination. Freight charges are calculated Ex-Factory or FOR depending on agreed commercial quotation terms.
3. Transit Inspection & Receipt
Clients are advised to inspect shipment bundles and box counts upon delivery before signing the transporter LR (Lorry Receipt). Any visible transit damage or outer box discrepancies should be recorded immediately on the LR copy and reported to our dispatch team within 24 hours.
